October House Holiday Cabin is a beautifully-appointed self-catered holiday let that sleeps four and set its own private, dog-proof garden within the lovely grounds of October House, home of the Acland family.
It offers ideal holiday accommodation for families or couples looking for rural tranquillity, space to run around and enjoy, beautiful countryside and easy access to things to do and places to see such as the New Forest, the South Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and a host of National Trust and family attractions within an easy drive. Not forgetting our animals you are welcome to enjoy!
There is no traffic, no street lights, no noise with plenty of space and lovely wooded walks in all directions.
Dogs are warmly welcome.
Damerham is a lovely tranquil village with a superb local pub a 15 minute pleasant walk away. Set in the rural idyll of the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there are superb walks in all directions straight from the front door.
Pets and children are warmly welcome and will be safe in a large enclosed private sunny garden complete with outdoor furniture in the summer. Horses, ponies, chickens, dogs, goats and cats live on our 3-acre plot. You can stroke, cuddle, or simply watch and enjoy them (and collect the eggs in the morning if you are up early enough!).
We are happy to receive and unpack on-line grocery deliveries booked for after 11am on changeover days - by prior arrangement.
